Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the AI-based resume analysis and job matching service (hereinafter referred to as 'Service') provided by JobPilot (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').

Article 2 (Contents of Services)

• AI-based resume analysis and improvement suggestions
• Job posting matching and analysis
• Cover letter generation support
• Application history and interview schedule management

Article 3 (Obligations of Users)

• Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations of these Terms when using the Service.
• Users must not collect, store, or disclose others' personal information without authorization.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, promote, or commercially use information obtained through the Service without prior consent from the Company.
• Users must not engage in acts that interfere with the safe operation of the Service.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes to Services)

The Company may change all or part of the services being provided according to the need for service quality improvement and operational needs, and in this case, the contents and provision date of the services to be changed will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services if reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communications occur. In this case, the Company will notify users. However, if there are unavoidable reasons that the Company cannot notify in advance, notification may be made afterwards.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. The Company is not responsible for service use障 that occurs due to reasons attributable to users. The Company is not responsible for users not obtaining employment or profits expected through using the Service.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customs, and in the event of litigation arising from service use, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the competent court.
